Digital Product Delivery Policy

Last updated: [DATE]. Mr Automation sells digital products only. Nothing is shipped physically and no shipping charges apply.

Delivery methods

Each product page shows one of three delivery methods.

• Instant digital delivery: download links appear in My Account → My Downloads and in your confirmation email as soon as payment is verified.
• License key delivery: a license key is assigned to your order after payment is verified. It is shown in My Account → My Licenses and emailed to you.
• Manual activation: your order moves to “Pending Activation” and our team activates the product, usually within [X hours] during [BUSINESS HOURS, IST]. You receive an email when activation is complete.

Payment verification

Delivery starts only after Razorpay confirms the payment. Failed or pending payments are not delivered.

Delays and issues

If you have not received your product within the stated time, check your spam folder and My Account, then open a support ticket with your order number.

Download limits

Download links may have a limited number of downloads or an expiry date, shown on the product page.
